- Walk-in showers — Curbless, glass-enclosed, properly waterproofed and sloped.
- Soaking tubs — Standalone or built-in — supported, vented, and plumbed properly.
- Plumbing relocation — New layouts, fixture moves, supply and drain changes.
- Heated floors — Electric or hydronic, properly insulated under tile.
- Lighting & ventilation — Sized fans (most bathrooms are under-vented), layered lighting, dimmers.
- Niches & built-ins — Recessed shelving, medicine cabinets, hampers — built into the framing.

Brian has been doing it the right way since before some of the modern membranes existed. Every tile cut is checked. Every drain is tested. Every glass panel is set on a level base.
