First call
Tell us about your project — what you want, where, and roughly when. We will let you know if we are a fit and book your in-home consultation.
Consultation
We come to you. We walk your home, listens, and gives you honest numbers — not a sales pitch. After decades on the job, we have seen every situation.
Design & Planning
We develop the plan with you. Floorplans, material selections, finish boards — everything locked down before demo starts.
Fixed-price contract
You receive a complete fixed-price contract with line-item costs, schedule, and payment milestones. No surprises.
Permits & Procurement
We pull every permit personally. We know the metro Atlanta permit offices by county. Materials are staged before the crew arrives.
Build
We are on site and reachable throughout. We manage our subcontractors directly. Weekly written update every Friday.
Final walkthrough
We walk every room with you personally. Anything you flag gets fixed before final payment. One-year workmanship warranty starts the day you are satisfied.
