Consultation
We come to you. We walk your home, listen, and give you honest numbers — not a sales pitch. After decades on the job, we have seen every situation. We will tell you what is possible, what it costs, and what the realistic timeline is before you sign anything.
Design & Planning
We develop the plan with you. Floorplans, material selections, finish boards — everything locked down before demo starts. No surprises mid-project.
Permits & Procurement
We pull every permit personally. We know the Atlanta metro permit offices — timelines, inspectors, and requirements by county. Materials staged before the crew arrives.
Build
We are on site and reachable throughout. We manage our subcontractors directly — you never have to chase anyone down. Weekly written update every Friday.
Final Walkthrough
We walk every room with you personally. Anything you flag gets fixed before final payment. One-year workmanship warranty starts the day you are satisfied.
