Consultation
Brian comes to you. He walks your home, listens, and gives you honest numbers — not a sales pitch. After 30 years, he has seen every situation. He will tell you what is possible, what it costs, and what the realistic timeline is before you sign anything.
Design & Planning
Brian develops the plan with you. Floorplans, material selections, finish boards — everything locked down before demo starts. No surprises mid-project.
Permits & Procurement
Brian pulls every permit personally. He knows the Atlanta metro permit offices — timelines, inspectors, and requirements by county. Materials staged before the crew arrives.
Build
Brian is on site and reachable throughout. He manages his subcontractors directly — you never have to chase anyone down. Weekly written update every Friday.
Final Walkthrough
Brian walks every room with you personally. Anything you flag gets fixed before final payment. One-year workmanship warranty starts the day you are satisfied.
