A buyer’s first walk-through reads the kitchen, the floors, and the master bath. Their second walk-through (with their inspector) reads the framing, the HVAC, and the attic. We build to pass both. Our spec homes consistently appraise above comparable builder-grade homes — and they sell faster, because the bones hold up to scrutiny.
