Water damage rebuild
After the mitigation crew leaves, we rebuild.
Water damage has two phases: mitigation (drying out) and rebuild (putting it back). Most mitigation companies are not licensed to do the rebuild — and most rebuild contractors do not know how to read an insurance scope. We do both phases of paperwork, and we do the rebuild.
What we handle
- Drywall replacement — Cut, replace, finish, paint to match. Texture matched where applicable.
- Flooring replacement — Hardwood, tile, LVP, carpet — replaced in kind or upgraded as you choose.
- Cabinetry replacement or refinishing — Brian can rebuild custom cabinetry to match the originals.
- Trim & millwork — Baseboard, casing, chair rail — milled to match if profiles are no longer stocked.
- Plumbing repair — Address the source of the water event before we close walls.
- Insulation replacement — Wet insulation removed and replaced before drywall closes the cavity.
- Ceiling repair — Sagged or stained ceilings cut out and replaced.
- Insurance scope review & supplements — We catch what the adjuster missed and submit supplements properly.
Your contractor
We speak adjuster.
Insurance restoration is paperwork plus construction. Most rebuild contractors stumble on the paperwork — they do not know what Xactimate codes mean, they do not catch when the scope is light, and they end up doing free work or fighting with the homeowner. Brian has handled enough water-damage rebuilds to read a scope at a glance, identify what is missing, and submit a clean supplement before the work starts. Then he rebuilds — properly.
