Fire damage is the most invasive kind of restoration — structural, electrical, smoke, and odor all at once. The rebuild has to be sequenced precisely, with the right specialists at the right phases. We coordinate it.
What we handle
- Structural rebuild — Framing repair or replacement of fire-damaged members.
- Electrical rewire — Damaged wiring removed and replaced; full panel review.
- Drywall & ceiling replacement — Char-affected materials removed completely. Fresh substrate, prime, paint.
- Insulation replacement — Smoke-saturated insulation has to come out — even when it looks fine.
- HVAC duct cleaning or replacement — Ducts carry smoke through the entire house. Clean or replace as required.
- Smoke odor remediation — Sealers, ozone, encapsulation — coordinated with proper specialists.
- Cabinetry & millwork rebuild — We build replacement cabinetry to match the originals.
- Insurance claim management — Scope review, supplements, payment management end to end.
