- Ridge & soffit ventilation — Properly sized intake and exhaust to keep attic temps low and shingles lasting.
- Gutter & drip edge integration — Drip edge installed before underlayment. Gutters tied in cleanly.
- Decking inspection & replacement — Soft spots replaced before the new roof goes on.
- Insurance roof claims — Adjuster meetings, supplements when needed, full claim handled.
