Are you licensed and insured?

All permitted work at Vibe Build Co. is completed by or under the direct supervision of licensed Georgia contractors. We are fully insured and happy to provide our insurance certificate on request.

What areas do you serve?

All of metro Atlanta — from Buckhead and Sandy Springs to Alpharetta, Marietta, Decatur, Peachtree City, Gainesville, and everywhere in between.

How much does a typical home renovation cost?

It depends entirely on scope. Most full-home renovations land between $150K and $1M+. Kitchens run $45K–$185K. Bathrooms run $25K–$85K. Every quote is fixed-price after design — no surprises.

How long does a renovation take?

A bathroom is typically 5–12 weeks. A full kitchen is 8–20 weeks. A whole-home renovation is 16–44 weeks depending on scope. Brian gives you a realistic timeline before you sign anything.

Do I need permits?

Most renovation work in metro Atlanta requires permits. Brian pulls every permit personally — he knows the offices, inspectors, and requirements by county.

Who does the actual work?

Brian manages every project personally. For specialized trades — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing — he works with a trusted network of licensed subcontractors he has vetted over decades.

How are payments structured?

Fixed-price contract with milestone-based payments. You never pay for work that has not been completed. Final payment is held until you have walked the project and signed off.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. We work with several financing partners — see our /financing page for details. We can also help you understand your options before you commit to a project.

What warranty do you offer?

One-year workmanship warranty on every project, starting the day you are satisfied. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through directly.

Can you work with my insurance for restoration?

Yes. We handle insurance restoration end to end — scope review with the adjuster, rebuild work, and final invoice. We speak the language and read the scope of work.

Will Brian actually be on my project?

Yes. Brian manages every project personally. You will not be handed off to a project manager you have never met.
