Brian comes to you. He walks your home, listens, and gives you honest numbers — not a sales pitch. After 30 years, he has seen every situation.
Design & Planning
Brian develops the plan with you. Floorplans, material selections, finish boards — everything locked down before demo starts.
Fixed-price contract
You receive a complete fixed-price contract with line-item costs, schedule, and payment milestones. No surprises.
Permits & Procurement
Brian pulls every permit personally. He knows the metro Atlanta permit offices by county. Materials are staged before the crew arrives.
Build
Brian is on site and reachable throughout. He manages his subcontractors directly. Weekly written update every Friday.
Final walkthrough
Brian walks every room with you personally. Anything you flag gets fixed before final payment. One-year workmanship warranty starts the day you are satisfied.
